https://www.familysearch.org/en/   - Like ancestry.com - family search is a great tool that you can utilize but it is free to use to get census records, marriage licenses, birth and death records and the like.

The Gateway to Oklahoma History (okhistory.org)  - A digital portal sharing Oklahoma's rich history and cultural heritage - allows you to find old newspapers from a lot of towns in Oklahoma. It may be limited for some towns but there is a lot out there.

Historical Newspapers from 1700s-2000s - Newspapers.com - is a pay site that is good for searching old newspapers

Canadian County Oklahoma Assessor's Office (spatialest.com) - If you go to the county assessor website, it will give you details on who currently lives at an address and some of the recent sales and such but is limited.
