Charter Members

While the Canadian County Historical Society was officially born in the latter part of 1968, the first membership year was designated as 1969, and all who paid their membership dues during that year are listed as CHARTER MEMBERS.  The list of the first year members is printed herewith.  In the event you you are not included in this list please contact L.C. Gadberry, our new Treasurer, at his El Reno Office (111 South Rock Island).  You should have your receipt to show that you have paid, or have your cancelled check.

Be sure to save your charter membership card as a souvenir  as it will be a valuable keepsake down through the years.  This roll of Charter Members will be included with our corporation charter, and we hope to have the list framed for display permanently in our museum.

You are also urged to save the first and succeeding bulletins as they, too, will have historical significance.  We hope to issue these bulletins every quarter or more often.
