Formal Opening of the Centre theater, newest addition to El Reno’s amusement houses, is scheduled for the night of Monday, Feb. 26. The Centre, operated by El Reno theaters with E. R. Slocum as manager, is located in the 100 block of South Bickford avenue and replaces the El Caro which was destroyed by fire late in December 1943.
